In addition to open spaces, we can manage a range of infrastructure on your development, including paths, signs, walls, gates and fencing.

Trees & Woodlands

Litter & Bins

Litter & Bins

Removing litter and emptying bins regularly ensures you, and the local  wildlife, are able to enjoy the open space areas all year round.

Shrubs

Shrubs

Shrub beds bring a splash of colour, with fragrant herbaceous displays that frame other areas or serve as floral centrepieces.

Play Areas

Play Areas

Our play areas are regularly monitored and managed in line with BS EN standards, ensuring a safe space for children and their guardians.

Open Space Management

On commencing our services, a member of our Community Liaison team will meet with homeowners, in their local area, to explain Greenbelt’s role and services in-depth. They will also provide an early stage dedicated point of contact for the homeowners and any residents’ groups.

We provide an in-depth Written Statement of Services (WSOS) detailing our commitment to homeowners and explaining how we will manage each feature, area and habitat on their development.

Our Operational Managers regularly inspect every development to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided and our dedicated Customer support teams are able to assist homeowners with all types of enquiries.
